We are a small business and cancellations greatly affect us.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. Deposits are transferable up to 7 days prior to arrival, then non-refundable unless the cottage is re-let (less $90 cancellation fee).

Cancellations made 21 days prior to arrival will be refundable minus a $90 cancellation fee.

The balance of your stay is payable five days prior to your arrival and will be automatically taken from the credit card we presently hold on file (unless you advise us otherwise).

Once you have arrived, no refunds are available if you decide to shorten your stay.
Credit cards, cash and direct deposits accepted.
